I went in and was out in less than about 8 minutes! I got my Turkey Tom and was out the door.
Placed an order at 6:16pm on Saturday, November 18 for a #5 and a bag of chips. Happened to need it delivered this time around. Food never came. Was *never* notified. Called at 10:30am on Sunday, November 19 and was told my order was voided due to no driver working. Would have been great for the business to inform me of anything, really. And then when I called to ask to speak to the manager, I could hear the manager talking to the individual who answered the phone but wouldn't take the call myself. Unacceptable, Jimmy John's. Do better.
Horrible customer service. I suggest “Kat” find another job if she’s going to treat customers poorly. If you’re dealing with the public you definitely need to work on your professionalism. Rude. Marshawn(sp) was helpful and apologetic for his pathetic employee. Not the 1st time he’s had to apologize for this person. Paid for my order never received anything. Was refused a refund. Talked to Nick the owner. Very professional. Handled my Issue on Sunday while doing family stuff. Never needed to do that. That matters to me. Thanks for the good service Nick.
Freaky fast and delicious
This place Is a joke there website gets your sandwich wrong they can't fix it so pay 12.00 fir a sandwich you can't eat and throw in the trash and that say it not there problem is the website
There was one person working. They did not take our order for 10 minutes because they were on their phone. They then did not change their gloves and made our sandwich’s with the same gloves they used their phone with.
