Twice in 2 days they have messed up our orders. Yesterday they didn't give us the pickle we paid for. Today my sandwich was not made right according to how I asked to customize it on the app. The last 2 times we went to the store the staff looked under the influence of Marijuana and one time we could smell it rolling off the employee helping us. We ordered delivery this time and the driver looked absolutely angry that he had to deliver so close to closing time. This store used to be so pleasant and polite and now it's nothing like it used to be. We couldn't even call and ask for the issue to be made right because by the time we got our order the store was already closed. What used to be fast friendly service is now anything but. Very disappointed and frustrated that we can't even enjoy the good we ordered because stuff is not made right and other stuff is missing.

Clearly ordered a Turkey Tom and got a nasty tuna sandwich with random topping's. Wack. Subway better

This Jimmy's location is always great! The employees are helpful and always in a good mood, which is nice. The sandwiches never disappoint, either!

Great location. There was only 1 person working in store when I went and one working delivery, but the service was fast, store was clean, and the food was quality. No complaints here.

Got a hello welcome, friendly staff taking my order, another friendly staff made my sandwiches so fast that I hadn't finished paying before they were ready, and another friendly staff cleaning all the tables & windows. Great stop, appreciated all the kind people & quick service.
