This place is awesome. Freaky fast and great atmosphere. This young man made my day with his phenomenal service and delightful attitude. I can also tell he works out, because his biceps and forearms rippled with strength as he made my delicious sandwich.
Yummy! We shared the Gigantic sub. It was very tasty.

it's taken them 1.5 hours to make and delivery one sandwich wrap. it's a 5 minute drive to me and i offered to pick it up but they insisted on delivering. sandwich still isn't here. if you want things done right just do them yourself i guess :/
Terrible experience. Haven’t been to a JJs in forever, my boyfriend and I wanted a quick low carb lunch delivered and got 2 unwiches for delivery. After 40min of waiting I call the restaurant b/c it’s still was not out for delivery. I called 3x and the phone number doesn’t work. So at 55min after ordering I drive over to the JJs and they’re finally (over an hr after order) about to walk out the door with it. He had a good 7-10 orders with him so I assume it would’ve been another hr for delivery (nothing sounds better than room temp deli meat on a lettuce wrap that’s been sitting with oil and vinegar for 2hr Al before eating right?). So I ask the delivery guy for my order and get in line to get a refund for the $10 worth of delivery and tip I had pre-paid for. They said they can’t do that and can only give me store credit, I tell them I’m not impressed with my experience and won’t be coming back and would like a refund not store credit. Who I assumed was the manager (she didn’t introduce herself) snapped that unless they cancel the whole order they can’t refund they can only do credit. So I gave them back my order and requested a refund (I assume the food went in the trash which is also sad and wasteful). They said they’d do it later and wrote some info from the delivery tag on a post it note. I said I would wait until they could process it as I would like a receipt that I got a refund and stepped back to wait with ppl waiting for their food. They finally got my refund receipt, the guy at the counter just seemed overwhelmed as they were busy but the (assumed) manager was pretty rude and I was obviously a huge inconvenience to her. I would give zero stars if I could, I didn’t get to try the food and service was abysmal. I hadn’t been to a JJs in a long time for service issues and obviously they’ve done nothing to improve it. A quick meal order turned into a 2hr ordeal and my boyfriend and I missed lunch.
