My family, and employees and I have been coming to this JJ’s for a long time. This is a family owned franchise location and every time we come in we are greeted like family. The foods great and fast. The staff is awesome.. My son and I come here on a regular basis it’s kind of our spot. It’s just a sandwich shop yes but you come here long enough and you get to know everyone well Keep up the great work guys. Places like this are the back bone of this country. Support small businesses.

My overall experience was really good, just would appreciate the potato salad container to be filled up! Two of us ordered and they were both pretty close to half empty! Potato salad isn’t expensive to make, so just want what we paid for! Also would really like crispy bacon, or at least the option to request crispy! Vegetarian options: Ordered potato salad and it tasted great, my only complain is that it comes in a very small container, and for the price, the container was not filled but half empty! Just want a full container to match the price!! Overall, good!!

Had such a great experience today! The owner Dale was so kind and gave my daughter a free cookie and made some great conversation. Thanks cottonwood team for a great experience!

Ordered 4 sandwiches and only 2 were delivered. Called the store and the owner refused to do anything about it Won't be coming here again

The bread was cooked to perfection, the sandwiches were amazing and the staff was pleasant and efficient with their sandwiches I had a complicated order and they got it done with no issues.

Super fast sandwiches. Great people working there I would be very proud if I owned that location. Keep up the great sandwich work!

They lack customer service skills. They lack the ability to admit that they have done something wrong. It is evident that the employees and owner lie in order to justify themselves.

Every time I order from this place. It's well over an hour nowhere near Freakishly fast Call a different sub shop. And this stop only has one driver on a Friday night.
