Jimmy John's

They have been out of bread on two occasions during lunch. They make orders out of order. The cashier is checking her phone and drinking her Starbucks as she is taking orders. Be prepared to wait 30 minutes for a sandwich. This place is run like a joke.

It was my first time visiting a Jimmy John's. Employees were short and snapped at me. I won't be back..

Freaky slow. Why only two people working during lunch rush? Not the employees’ fault for being understaffed. They were managing the best they could. Had to wait 25 minutes even after ordering online in advance.

This location is possibly the worst in SoCal. Lunch rush has 2 employees working. I waited over 30 minutes for my order after ordering online, and there were multiple other customers who waited 40+ minutes. Only once I got back to my office did I notice one of the sandwiches was incorrect. For a company that advertises "Freaky fast" they fail in almost every way.

Service was not friendly. Person making sandwiches was texting on his phone with his gloves, then did not change when making a sandwich afterwards. I asked for my receipt and they said, "we threw it out". This was my first experience at a Jimmy John's and will most definitely be my last. Just all around AWFUL!!!! Do not recommend!
