I love this Jimmy Johns location, not just cause it's near my college campus, but also because everyone there, at least thus far, is excellent. Update as of 09/02/23: still excellent. Update 02/01/24: still an excellent place and service!

They can’t seem to get delivery instructions right. There are feral animals all over our neighborhood, so food left on our porch will be eaten quickly by said animals. There is a checkbox on the online delivery order system that makes you check it in order to have your order left at your dooorstep. I never check this box. Jimmy John’s insists on leaving my order there anyway, and they don’t knock or ring our doorbell, so I never know it’s arrived. I called the manager before resorting to a one star review because I’m a grown adult who can use words to solve problems. Unfortunately, all the manager did was defend the drivers’ behavior by saying “99% of customers don’t even want the social interaction, so our drivers have just learned to leave things at the door since Covid.” Stop using Covid as an excuse for E V E R Y T H I N G. It’s exhausting. And if the box isn’t checked, I don’t care if the drivers have gotten lazy. Their whole tip comes from them delivering the order and ensuring I receive it. Of course I have to tip in advance here, otherwise I wouldn’t tip these clowns at all. So the manager tells me if I really need it handed to me (sounds like your team is comprised of those who don’t want social interaction, not your customers, but ok) to put it in the special instructions for my next order. Well I did that today. Still left at my door. Still no knock or doorbell ring. This is what happens when we program generations to exist solely on social media and become afraid of face to face interaction. Never ordering from this location again. What a joke. TLDR: They don’t acknowledge delivery instructions and their manager will blame that on you. When you follow their instructions to fix your issue, they will still get it wrong.

Love Jimmy Johns! Turkey Tom is the best!! This location was the definition of freaky fast! Parking: Park in back, more spots than out front on the street.

I just got a veggie sandwich and it’s LITERALLY the best it’s ever been. I order all the time but tonight it was the best ever lol. Thank you guys :)

Good subs, great service, no more expensive than any other sub place these days.
