This place consistently delivers the worst JJ experience going on YEARS now. Food is always messy, wet bread, missing modifications. The last two times I’ve ordered it took an hour to get my food at least. The most recent they actually lost my ticket and comp’d me the sandwich. This is a very poorly run establishment

Wat happened to Jimmy johns being freakishly fast? I been waiting almost a hour wen the store is a 5 min drive its not like they have to cook anything. And the store messes up on sandwiches everytime. Will not be using this location anymore. Not to mention both sandwiches were soggy wen they finally arrived
