They work quickly. I was in and out of the store in no time. The scenery was beautiful

Sourpuss girls working there... Worst sandwich ever, got home they left off half the ingredients. Never again

Not sure why every time i do a mobile order here they refuse to make the sandwich the way i pay for it to be made but i figured since this has happened multiple times now I’ll just leave a review and go elsewhere from now on. My boyfriend picked my order up for me and apparently the person working was rude and told him everything was in the bag even after he double checked and everything actually wasn’t in the bag. He stated he had to repeat himself multiple times before they gave him what he said was missing which is honestly ridiculous. The sandwhich bread was really stale too - or over baked maybe? Idk but it tasted old. I definitely wont be back at this location.

The two guy's working today were so friendly and professional. Thanks so much.

Fast and friendly service

I thought I'd give this Jimmy John's a try because The Fountain Valley one is horrible. This one is just as bad . They cannot get an order right even after I had them repeat the entire order a second time to verify everything was entered correctly. I asked for extra peppers and they put it on the wrong sandwich. And the sandwich with extra pickles had none at all. The store was out of lettuce so I couldn't get a salad. And I seriously don't understand why they put sandwiches with oil and vinegar in a paper bag vertically so the sandwiches all drip thru the entire bottom onto my car, all over the seat, then every surface it touches after.

$48.25 for 3 sandwiches and 2 brownies. They added lettuce to our sandwich, we had asked them to not include. And forgot 1 brownie. I came back to get my the missing brownie and you’d think they would offer some sort of apology but Nope all I got was a goofy look from the 6’ tall kid behind the counter and a mumbled “Here” when he handed me a brownie. Like I was in the wrong. Next time we are picking up food for the team it will be a “hard pass” on ever going here again.
