I ordered the chicken ceasar wrap yesterday for lunch, didn’t eat much else other than chips yesterday. That wrap gave me the worst food poisoning Ive ever had. I’ve been getting sick since 4am this morning. I cant keep anything down because it just gets worse. My stomach started hurting yesterday but I didn’t think much of it until today. I cant even get out of bed without getting sick.
It looks like there is no way not to tip when you pay I had to give a 15 percent tip that took some one 1 min to make a sandwich Grow up
Terrible run location. Don’t bother ordering ahead. Ran out of meat? Bathroom occupied while I waited 20 minutes for an order I pre ordered.
Your employee Gavin told me my son looks fat and I’m he has been struggling with that comment all week to the point where he hasn’t left his room and he stinks really bad, All because of your customer service

I took a picture of my order and noticed something was missing. I thought the sign was for the customer, but I guess it is to remind the employees. Good thing we didn't get it to go and got the pickle and enjoyed the outside tables on a nice day.
Update 4/18: We never received the refund we were promised. I am extremely frustrated that I have to follow up on this in the first place. This entire process has been a disaster. Please don’t call me. I just want my money back. We are beyond disappointed with our experience tonight. We placed an order for delivery at 8pm. Around 8:30pm it marked as out for delivery. We waited. And waited. And waited… finally we look it up and they closed at 9pm. It’s now 9:30pm. So we call the store, and no explanation at all as to why our order was just never delivered. We were offered a refund. I have to say, after waiting an hour 30 minutes for our food and now with most food options have closed for the evening… this was really upsetting. A manager (I think) called back after we had spoken to the original person. They said the address was put in was wrong (which we verified, it wasn’t the case) and a vague “we will get you a free meal next time you come in”. They didn’t tell us how to redeem this offer or ask for any of our information to ensure we were able to get it. Truly, sitting here scrambling at almost 10pm to figure out dinner (while now hangry) has really ruined our whole evening. We won’t be back.
