Thanks for the bread and lettuce. There is literally 1 slab of meat on my #2. I won't be coming back here.

This is my second time trying this location. sadly its taken over 40 minutes to get my sandwich both times. Sad to say i will be eating elsewhere.

Things happen but it really comes down to how management handles the situation. We put an order in through their app for pickup. I sent my son to pick it up they missed multiple items from our order. I called to speak with the manager, I was amazed that his first response was to blame the person that picked up the order then admitted they had not double checked the order before they handed it off. All the while he continued to blame the person that picked up the order. I asked for a credit for the missed items and was hung up on. They now won't pick up my call. I am placing a dispute on the charge and posting appropriate reviews.

It's eight twenty p m... The doors are locked and they are shutting down. . According to google there supposed to be open until nine. I guess I'll get food elsewhere.

I ordered through the app and not only did my delivery driver never show up with my food, the store is not answering their phone. I have had multiple issues with this store in the past, and this is the final straw. I will not be ordering from this location any longer. Thanks for stealing my money, Jimmy John's. Real quality service you have there.
