I cannot believe how the light skinned lady with braids was treating the new kid! All she did was put him down on everything he was doing! She threw a rolled up paper right by him while he was taking our order and he picked it up and continued taking our order.. it’s so sad this kid is old enough to be my son! I was so upset then she says I’m calling Paula I’m closing early I’m not dealing with this all because he’s new and needs training? I hope the owner sees this! This lady is extremely hostile and it’s not a good environment for new employees! She kept laughing at his questions and saying Omg please lol and use your common sense!! That’s terrible!! please be careful who you hire! I will not be coming here again and I’m sure the other people listing won’t be either! I wanted to dine in and there’s no way with this lady’s attitude that we could do it!!!

I had never been to a Jimmy John's before and I wanted to try something different. It did not go well. To start, there were dead cockroaches on the floor in the bathroom and the trash in the trashcan was overflowing and spilling all over. Next, It cost approximately $30 for one 16" sandwich, 2 drinks and 2 bags of chips. When the sandwich was delivered to our table, I actually thought they made a mistake and only brought us a loaf of bread. You could not see anything inside the sandwich until you peeled the bread apart. Given the fact that we ordered the sandwich with meat, lettuce tomato and avocado, you would think that you would readily see the ingredients, the sandwich looked nothing like the pictures they display on the menu. First impressions are everything so needless to say, this did not leave a good taste in my mouth and I will not be patronizing this store again or any other Jimmy John's locations.

Got there was asked to wait for bread at least 20 min instead they had they little John bread … food is not worth the price … employees looked like to stoner kids … people want clean kept people handling there fresh food … won’t come back
