I pulled into the drive thru, had to wait at the menu/order stand for 3 minutes. No other cars in line and no other customers in the store. I could see 3 employees inside. Was told to pull up to the window after. Then they said they just found my order ticket when I had placed my order at 6:52pm online and gotten to the store by 7pm. I had to wait while they made my order, when the order was done, one of the employees asked for my name on the order, was rude towards me, seemed confused and wasn't sure if she should give it to me or not. I ended up waiting for a total of 15 minutes. This was not ''freaky fast''.
I put a delivery order in at 6:30. After an hour of waiting I call this location to ask about my order. They proceed to tell me that they don’t have any delivery drivers available after I’ve waited an hour. I go to the store for pickup instead. I ordered a giant sub and asked if I could combo with chips and drink. They told me that giant subs can not be comboed with chips and a drink. I ordered 3 sides of jalapeño ranch and didn’t receive any of them. Do not waste your money on this location. It is a sorry excuse for a Jimmy John’s, the employees aren’t trained/educated properly.
Ordered on the app immediately received a call saying they refused to fuffill my order for delivery! Very bad customer service called back under a different name and they said they had delivery available they just didn’t want to deliver to my work place
I went in late last night around 8pm. I ordered a Bootlegger- instead I got a Hunters club. Couldnt eat it because i cant have cheese. I ordered through the app and waited in the car for an extra 10mins.. I still had to wait when I got inside because they didn't see my order. That's fine they were busy cleaning. I could see that. But I wish next time they would pay attention to detail so I wouldnt waste money on a sandwich I couldn't eat. :(
Went through the drive through to pick up our order, only one person working and she had several tickets lined up. She was very nice and worked her tail off to get me the order. Absolutely awesome work! I am just sorry I missed her name
Every time, I've experienced service issues of some sort, mostly just being super slow, but today was my final straw. I placed an online order through the app, all to have to wait TWENTY THREE MINUTES to receive my ONE wrap I ordered. The gal working was obviously stressed because she rudely barked at me, saying she was the only one there up until 5 minutes prior. How is that my problem, and why are you barking at me like how dare I be upset I'm still waiting? Customer service with a smile and a genuine apology would have given me extreme patience and understanding. Instead, I watched a vehicle that was in line behind me, let out the passenger to go inside and place the order for them while the driver drove in circles to pick the passenger back up. You guessed it... they drive away WITH their food while I was still waiting at the window for quote "my order to be processed." Twenty-three minutes is what Jimmy John's showed me they think is considered "Freaky Fast" I advise making the trip to the other Jimmy John's in Eagan over off Yankee Doodle, and I think Denmark... I've never once had an issue at that location.
We ordered online for drive-thru pickup and none of our extras paid for were on the sandwiches nor were they cut in half like requested. The sandwiches were super messy and falling apart and the pesto salad side had use by date day before. Very disappointed with poor service
