This location is just so terrible and inconsistent.

Friendly staff, and the sammies are on point. But DO NOT order off Uber Eats, they don't use Uber Eats the same way other restaurants do... They take orders from the app, but they don't use whichever drivers are available/nearby, they use their own driver (singular, they only have 1 driver) and your order doesn't update in the app either. I wound up waiting almost 2 hours for my last delivery. Pretty ridiculous for a brand that prides itself on speedy deliveries. I probably won't order delivery ever again, but this location isn't far from me and it's pretty easy to pop by for takeout (if you can snag a parking spot) Parking: Parking is usually tough, it's a tiny lot that shared with the other business at this little strip mall.

Absolutely terrible sandwich the bread was shiny and extremely chewy

Just did an online order for 6 sandwiches and only had 4 delivered. After calling 7 times, they finally answered. The girl was super rude when asking if I wanted to have the sandwiches replaced, yup sure would, we have 6 adults here wanting lunch. This is the 2nd time we’ve had this happen and it has yet to be a great experience.

Great food, great price, great delivery service, and much loved!

Order missing the bacon even though I did paid extra for it. :/ also one item was not at all what we ordered. I don't see a support option at the web, is there a way to get a refund...

The Gargantuan, just $11. I don't know how they do it, but glad that they do. First time at this location and everything's great. The one star reviews look like they mostly have to do with third-party delivery services, which is just pure ignorance on the part of the reviewers. Love me some JJ's!!
