Jimmy John's

Got this order through doordash, food was fine but the person delivering gave me a weird experience. He called, I came to the building door immediately as he was calling all within 1 minute. I reach for my food, say "order for Kyle?" and bro pulls away, asks me for my name again, hesitates and then my unit number. I confirmed both and bro was still hesitant to give my food, like he was about to ask me for my social security number too . Then he went on a whole rant on how I needed to add myself to the call box of my building, which I am, but he was outside my building for less than 1 minute I came immediately as he called. Very strange man, very strange. I haven't had the best experience with doordash from this jimmy John's even though I leave a tip, this one takes the cake though.

I consistently order from this location and today was the final straw. I’m almost suspect they are giving me day old bread at this point. Today’s bread was so hard on the bottom it was nearly inedible. More than 75% chance of hard bread with a delivery order I must say (study based on 15+ orders). I love Jimmy John’s and am luckily moving soon. I will continue to feed my hard earned money to this corporate chain in hopes for softer bread at the next location.

I've never had a problem at this location and have been many times. Not sure what the low reviews are about.

Great service my favorite sub spot better than subway

Soggy sandwich. The mayo was watery and made the bread a wet soggy mess—sandwich was only ham, cheese, lettuce and mayo. I couldn’t even finish it was so bad. Would not go back for their wet bread.

Fast and friendly! Never had a bad sandwich or service here. It’s my go to fast sub spot

Consistently the slowest jimmy johns i have ever been to. Seemingly an endless stream of brand new employees running the register that dont know how to ring in food.

Thee worst delivery service ever rude driver disrespectful and sarcastic

My son and I walked around the block so they towed my car. I will say the sandwich was delicious but not worth the $300 tow fee.
