Orders made with incorrect ingredients and poorly made with half my Turkey Tom not containing turkey and hard bread.
In the past this location had reasonable customer service. For this particular visit, there were 2 employees. One taking care of the drive through and a female employee just standing behind the counter seemingly bored. Zero greeting from either. I stood there and waited. Finally, the guy working the window came over and spoke quietly and non expressive as he took my order. The female that made the sandwich, though did ask if I needed a bag, never once gave any friendly interaction. Just a dazed, bored look with zero interest in communicating, just a basic look of contempt that seems so prevalent now in this area. If we pay 16 bucks for a combo at least customer service could be present. It’s sad to see this franchise get like this as the service used to be great in the past. Looks like I will stick to ChickFila.
Wait time was horrible, but good sandwich made up for the time.
Overpriced sandwiches. Save yourself $40 and go to the local supermarket and you could do something better.
I walked in and nobody said a word. The dude that took my order never said a word. Some girl sitting on a cooler on her phone glanced up, looked with a stink face for 2 seconds and then right back to her phone even after I spoke. The guy that looked like a shift lead or something spoke minimally, but that’s it. And the sandwich is something I can make at my house. Waste of $15 and my time, honestly.
The staff manager im assuming will cuss her employees out even if there’s customers in the building!. I cant give u 0 stars so ill give u a 1
Food was as you expect but they gave my wife ham on her Club Lu Lu instead of Turkey? Very frustrating as she hates ham
I always order ahead on the app and my food is always ready on time. Favorites is the #7 Spicy East Coast Italian.
