Went by at 740 . Doors locked up. Two employees inside, guess they didn't want to make anymore sandwiches tonight.
DO NOT order delivery from here! They will never deliver it and they don’t answer the phone. Independently owned so I will have to dispute it with my bank. Waste of time.

Had lunch here yesterday. First time at this location. Everyone was super friendly and extremely professional. Joni was extra helpful with suggestions of items I haven't tried. Also, this location was so clean and organized. Will return soon.
I am very confused as to why when I go to the drive-through they’re asking me to tip them. They hand you the electronic pad and say please enter your tip. I find that incredibly offensive and somewhat Extortive. Like they are holding your meal hostage if you don’t tip. I’m sorry, but this is not an acceptable practice. When I questioned it, I was told this is the only way we make money. I refuse to supplement the salary, because Jimmy John’s can’t pay their employees enough to make sandwiches. I do not intend on ever visiting this Jimmy John’s ever again.
NEVER ORDER FROM THIS STORE. It's constanly slow. What Jimmy John's takes an hour and a half to deliver food?! This time, after an hour, we ended up driving to the store and they wouldn't give us the food we paid for because the said the delivery driver was still on his way. We drove back home, STILL NO FOOD! We waited another hour for the"dank" driver to arrive, so I guess he was busy smoking instead of delivering. We didn't eat 'lunch' until 5pm 2. 5 hour wait for Jimmy John's? NEVER AGAIN. if helpful, thanks!
Card machine shoved in my face expecting a tip. After no tip left (for a drive thru sandwich), the girl working the register stood there and talked with her friend instead of making food. Whoever owns this franchise needs to know your people are working for tips alone, terrible customer service!
I’m sorry but what is this? I know pictures aren’t supposed to be completely accurate but this is ridiculous. No BBQ sauce on my sandwhich. Looks incredibly un appetizing.
Terrible customer service. Did not notify me that they couldn’t deliver my order until I called over an hour later to find out. I placed an order using DoorDash and it kept saying “preparing your order” for over an hour. I thought that was odd so I finally called. They said “oh yeah we need to cancel that order - our delivery driver bailed.” I could’ve ordered from somewhere else in that time. Then the guy claimed to have canceled my order but it was still showing as “pending” so I had to call back again. Instead of canceling it, he marks it as “complete” as if someone delivered it. I had to request a refund through DoorDash which will take 3 business days to process, instead of Jimmy John’s cancelling and refunding the order. They would’ve kept my money if I didn’t request it back from DoorDash. Don’t put your business on a delivery app if you can’t deliver
