Nasty rude service and I wouldn't be surprised if they spit in the food.

Echoing other bad reviews - they don't care about your business. If they screw something up, it's an inconvenience to them, and they will not do anything to maintain loyalty. Go to a different JJ's location.

If they're going to insist on doing their own DoorDash deliveries, they could advise their drivers to actually knock on the door or ring the doorbell because the DoorDash status doesn't update immediately when a non-DD driver does the delivery. My food was just sitting on the front steps for who knows how long with my ice melting in the sun. Ridiculous.

Worst customer service ever. The guy taking my order didn’t even speak. I had to ask if he was ready to take my order.

Always a positive experience getting food from this location. Food quality and service is consistently good. I’ve only ever had minor problems, but the staff has gone above and beyond in resolving the issue. This location is always a solid lunch choice.

Asked for tuna and got roast beed and turkey instead. Not sure how they were so far off but didn’t ask to confirm the order back either

The worst experience. They never made my order and 2 calls later still wasn't made and it had been over an hour.

Imagine going somewhere twice a week and spending money and supporting a business. Only to have them mess up your food multiple times. I decided not to complain because I know things happen. Then I finally had it after the fifth sandwich. The manager argued me down instead of just giving me a credit which she finally decided to do. I go in to get my sandwich and they're telling me I don't have a credit. I will never eat at this location again. How unprofessional. I'm a business owner and I will spread the word about this particular location. To never ever choose this location. How hard is it to make a sandwich? And how hard is it to be loyal to a customer who's been coming to you for business for years.
