Very rude manager (Dave) order was wrong instead of apologizing he thought arguing was the best route. I ordered at 11:30am and got first sandwich an hour later it was wrong. He sent out another sandwich and still wrong. Finally at 2:30pm I got the correct sandwich I don't know what is going on with this location perhaps management needs to be reevaluated
I certainly don’t want this business to go anywhere and I appreciate that JJ’s is on Burnet, but the service here has got to change. I’ve lived in this area for about a year now and as a result I almost exclusively visit this location when I want Jimmy John’s. It’s been a handful of times now that I’ve come and every time the employees seem unhappy to be there. This is unique to the Burnet location as I’ve loved JJ’s for a long time and always have good service at other locations. However, at the Burnet JJ’s the employees seldom greet you, avoid eye contact and rush you in and out in a rather unfriendly way. I have never seen this location busy and I am starting to understand why: the employees seem to behave as if they are being abused somehow. There is either poor management, poor training, or the employees aren’t getting paid enough/opportunities for advancement. I know retail is hard and sometime people have to hustle, but if you’re gonna be in a customer facing position, please remember the impact you can have on the world around you, both positive and negative.
Love the fired jalapeños that you can put on the sandwiches! Gives it a great crunch.
Excellent and consistent service. No mistakes on my orders and friendly staff. Average time-'till-sandwich under 2 minutes
Service was fine, sandwich was made quickly. I ordered here yesterday for lunch and have been sick with food poisoning ever since. I have been throwing up and have had diarrhea.
The food is good.... When they get your order right. Nearly every time I order from here, my order is wrong. I ask and pay for cheese, there's no cheese. I ask and pay for extra meat, there's no extra meat. It doesn't matter whether I order in store or on the app. I truly do not understand how they can get a simple order wrong. This is one of the reasons why people are fed up with tipping. Why should I tip when I have to check my order when I pick it up, then go back and have them fix it?
These people cannot get an order right. Ordered it without mayo and tomatoes, and it was full of both. I even checked the receipt and now I’m at work and can’t return it. I will never go back. They clearly don’t care about their product.
