Not sure what happened . Was just here a week ago and sandwiches were great as usual no issues whatsoever. I came in this week and got the same thing I always do. This time there was very little substance to the sandwich . More bread with a hint of meat and cheese if anything. There was barely any tomato lettuce. Not to mention the 2 slices of meat on the whole sandwich. Needless to say the quality was not up to par. No lt sure inflation is getting to these franchise owners or if management has then making sandwiches like this now. Looks like I'll go back to thunder cloud ⛈️!

they did not deliver order on time. it took 40 min to deliver to 2 min driving .

I had an order delivered to me at work yesterday, so I ordered again for myself and a coworker today. I get a phone call telling me they don't deliver to me and the driver who brought my food yesterday was NEW and didn't know I was out of the delivery area. What a joke. Shame on you guys, train your drivers better and maybe change your website or app to say out of delivery area like every other Jimmy Johns I've ordered from. Very disappointed.

The food was delicious and done quickly. I used the app to order and paid in store. The whole process was easy. The staff was friendly. I will be coming back again.

The food wasn't bad, but whoever handled it was wearing way too much cologne. It was all over the food. I got the food delivered and I now can't get the smell of said cologne off of me. This is a wee bit ridiculous.

I was kinda a karen in there but they took it well. Sub was also good and freaky fast
