A lovely experience at this location. Haven't had the time to stop in until today, but was a pleasure. Friendly staff even under the pressure of a heavy rush, and still fast and delicous service! If you're in the area for a quick bite stop on in.

Your manager Galyn Nash just denied me service when I went back in to ask for additions to my order. I said the gentlemen who took my order said not to go thru the line, just order here which was him. I realized once I left I wanted to add quac and bacon. He walked out defensive and said I'm refunding your money. I said I don't want my money. I want to add more. Well this isnt Subway. I said Ive been coming here for 20 years. Well obviously you havent been here in 20 years. He was childish and extremely unprofessional. I said why and then he said I made comments to other customers. NOBODY else was there except 2 other staff members that I can describe to a T. One I even exchanged smiles with as he came to work and clocked in on the computer on the right wall. Maybe he's having a bad day. I would never want him to be the face of my business. An honest reiteration of my experience. Sincerely, Kimberly

Sandwiches were pretty good. California Club and The JJ Garganuian are my favorites. Great and friendly customer service.

Our office loves Jimmy John's some days it absoultely amazing and others is awful and missing items. I ordered The spicy Italian and the were NO red peppers it was NOT a spicy Italian it was the driest Italian ever. One of our other sandwiches was supposed to have cucumbers...NOPE NO cucumbers!! When calling the store. I was given to the manager RAJ he was rude and wanted to argue with me that he put them on there....UMM HELLO I am eating it and looking for them and they were NOT there. He also wanted to argue the cucumbers were also on there. Instead of appologizing he was rude. His customer service is horrible.
