Food likes from trash cans. Unacceptable

Terrible service

Staff person taking my order was extremely friendly and the person who made my sandwich was too. Got a Giant Gargantuan and it really filled me up. Pictured is just half of my sub. Very fast service. Took one star off on atmosphere because the parking in that plaza is not the greatest and can get packed during lunch time.

For a company that prides itself on "freaky fast delivery", they don't have delivery drivers? I ordered through the JJ app. Then 10 minutes later I get a refund... with no explanation. So I called and they said they didn't have drivers so I couldn't get it delivered? So, because they don't have drivers, I decided to Door Dash my order because I'm stuck at work with no food. It also gets refunded and this time they actually called me to tell me they didn't have drivers. Why advertise on Door Dash if you "use your own drivers" and don't accept Door Dash Drivers to deliver?! But they don't have drivers at this Jimmy Johns. I'm so annoyed, and when I spoke to the employees on the phone, they couldn't care less. Bad customer service, they don't have delivery drivers, and they don't contact you if something is wrong with your order. You're just left in the dark.

Ordering food 45+ minutes earlier than your lunch time is a waste. We order from this location because it's closet to campus. They NEVER have answers for anything. The DRIVERS ALWAYS forget the drinks. Don't waste your time
