Jimmy John's

Went to this location today, 3/8/24. Had to look at the guys underwear while he made my sandwich. He had his pants pulled way down on his lower hips and almost revealing his underwear fly. It was disgusting. I can't bring my wife and kids here to see that nonsense. I won't be back.

Clean, fast, delicious!!!

I used to order all of the time and then my order started being wrong and the sandwiches were just sloppy and not good. Decided to give them another try today, my sandwich was covered in lettuce after it was clearly ordered without. Takes the convenience out of ordering delivery for lunch when things like this happen almost every time. Last order for me.

Wasn't impressed with the bread. It was pretty dry and hard even with the condiments....

Been very disappointed the last few times I’ve gone. I always order the east coast Italian. On each visit the peppers have tasted sour, like they are using several day old peppers, this is not something that you can keep out and continue to use days later. Please look into this and let the staff know that the peppers must be fresh. Very disappointed.

I order about once every few weeks or so from this jimmy johns. I typically order the turkey tom, but I went for the big John to try the roast beef. It was terrible. The roast beef was hard and I was spitting it out throughout the sandwich, trying to find the soft parts. I didn’t even eat the other half. I called the store and the manager said there was nothing he could do. I asked for a turkey tom as a replacement. He said if he did that, then they would lose product……(so they’d rather lose a customer I guess). I asked for a refund, he said that I need to call corporate because he can’t do that either. So what can you do manager? Why is there even a manager? So I call corporate, and the rep says that he ABSOLUTELY could have refunded me. Which I figured. So now, I’m waiting on corporate to refund me. Where all I wanted was an edible sandwich, which could have been fixed in store, now I’ve been waiting since Friday to hear anything back about a refund. I suggest trying something new, and not spending money and time here.

I've gotta say, I've never written a review or considered writing one. This time I really felt like I had to. I came to Jimmy Johns and my bank was having some issues with debit cards causing mine to decline. We tried to figure it out for a while and the staff was super patient, understanding, and incredibly chill. Anyways, my card wouldn't go through for whatever reason and I was pretty sad but they tried to give me my food for free. They went to go get it and I slipped out the door feeling bad that I wouldn't be a paying customer. The man chased my car down to give me my food! I can't recall the last time something this wholesome has even happened to me. An unexpected headache turned into something I'll remember for a long time.
