Jimboy's Tacos

We had always enjoyed Jimboy’s tacos…so tonight we decided to try the chicken and carnitas bowls- I got NO beans, rice was mushy, lettuce wilted, we had to throw out both bowls, I’m left with a wallet that’s $24 less and with an empty stomach. We love supporting local businesses- sorry, won’t be back!

Drive thru order. The combo plate shorted the taco and beans not mashed. All 6 extra tacos ordered tasted of a burnt chemical taste. The taquitos were cold bland. The nacho sauce was disgusting and cold. The service was cold. Will not go back. This is not the Jimboy's we knew.

Terrible food, just tacos falling apart and way overly salty. Why do I need to tip the drive thru? Pay your staff correctly. They aren’t providing a fine dining service.

Smart idea closing the drive thru before 10pm, yea let me do an online order to still wait in a 15 minute line on top of what it takes to prepare the food

Just reopened recently. So giving it a little time.

I was just at Jimboys, & ordered 2 Taco Burgers for $11, what i was given was disgusting. And I love jimboys. In my opinion a Taco Burger is made with ground Taco meat, cheese, lettuce, and maybe tomato on a hamburger bun. What I got was a hamburger Patty cut in half, on a torta shell. With lettuce, tomato, pickle,(YUCK) and some weird sauce, I threw it away it was not edible. So Jimboys learn how to make a proper Taco Burger please. You know like Taco Johns!

I just left the West Sacramento store and it was not a good experience. I waited for 40 minutes in the drive through for three tacos. Other cars left or were honking their horns. I couldn't leave because I was trapped in the line. Of course, the tacos were stone cold. No apologies from the staff, she seemed to care less. California Burrito was doing a great job with their drive through... they are right next door and I could see the cars moving through as I sat and waited. This is a new location, I hope they get their act together soon.
