Jimano's Pizzeria

Excellent pizza. I recommend it to everyone!

The first time we went the pizza and bread sticks were really good. The second time we went we received 2 cold pizzas. We also sat for over 5 minutes waiting for the breadsticks and cinnasticks. I called. It was almost like they couldn't believe the pizzas could be extremely cold. I think the pizzas sat for quite a while before we got there. Never received a call back from the manager either. I'm not sure I want to go back.

Where do I start? Let’s keep it simple like they do. Top tier customer service, prices that cannot be beat and true, chicago style tavern thin crust pizza. This place cannot be beat. The inside is hole in the wall which matches their style of pizza. Simple yet so satisfying and delicious.

The Stars don’t go to 11, so 5 it will be. A simple misunderstanding led to confusion, but all was made right. Some of my pizza was mistakenly disposed of, but Ms Purdue’s remedying the situation, showed professionalism.
