Jim 'N Nick's

Very unprofessional, the young boy who answers the phone is super rude & so is the manager (female) on night shift. If you want great service & hospitality i would definitely recommend taking the drive to Hoover!! I love Jim n Nicks in Hoover, whether it’s delivery or dine in you won’t be disappointed either way.

The brisket sandwich was amazing. Our waitress was also amazing. My wife's chocolate pie was the best she said. I had the banana pudding, and it tasted freezer burnt. But I will try it again to see if it was just a one-time issue. But all and all great food. O ya the muffins are over the top good

Our waitress was very pleasant and attentive. She interacted well and was a real pleasure.

The ribs are so well smoked and tender. I just should have ordered more sauce for takeout. The sides are plentiful. Friendly and fast service.
