3/18/2024 Monday was the first time I've had an issue with an order. However, this location got back to me quickly and made it right. I am so impressed with the customer service. If you're "on the fence" about coming here, don't be! This is some of the best BBQ east of East Texas. I'm looking forward to having them cater my next event. Previous review: Wow! The pork ribs are excellent! I'll be back often because I've finally found a BBQ place that reminds me of home (Texas). (I just wish they had big beef ribs!)

This is a self service Jim N Nicks and I will NEVER be back again!!!!! There is a charge for the biscuits that use to be complementary. I am so disappointed. The food tasted like a microwave dinner.

Get food, Jim. Jim and Nick, you are awesome. Your manager is the job making food today. Thank you Jim Nick let your manager.

Smoked dry rub wings are outta this world! Their ranch dressing is too good. And you won’t regret trying their mac n cheese. Great service and the food always comes out quick.

Erin delivered 5 Star service and I had the best brisket in town.

Good food, and thanks to the new business model, service is much better. No longer sit-down service but order first and they bring it to you. Would recommend.

first time ever eating here and probably my last lol. i ordered the potato and it was DRY. i mean not a lick of butter. there was maybe 5 pieces of shredded cheese on the whole thing & not enough onion although i asked for extra. oh did i mention dry.. at $15 it should be swimmin!

The food was amazing and I was able to meet the Manager Rachel she was incredibly inviting and helpful. I wish more Managers you meet at restaurants were as engaged as she is.
