Jewel Bagels

This place is legit unbelievable. They work at the quickest speed and are so polite with their costumers, it's heartwarming. One down side is that this bagel shop did my order wrong a few times. The up side was that they immediately did whatever they could when we called. Such amazing and quick service. I highly recommend ❤️

Great place very good

I must say, the food at this establishment is exceptional. However, the overall customer experience has left much to be desired. With the exception of a courteous young man wearing glasses, the staff's attitude can be described as nothing short of rude. Despite pre-ordering my usual bagel and iced coffee well in advance through their website, I've encountered significant delays, sometimes up to 12 minutes past the scheduled pickup time. When I politely inquired about the delay, I was met with a scolding response, being told to retrieve my order myself despite opting for the car pickup option. Regrettably, it seems that the principle of 'the customer is always right' does not resonate with this establishment. Additionally, I've experienced instances of outright hostility, having been screamed at on more than one occasion. As a Latina woman, I can't help but wonder if this treatment is influenced by factors beyond the service itself. Despite the delicious food, the consistently poor customer service leaves me feeling unwelcome and undervalued as a patron. Consequently, I'm compelled to explore alternative options for my bagel and coffee fix in the future. Vegetarian options: Not applicable.

Everything bagels are delicious. Workers are friendly and helpful when you can’t decide what you want to eat. Extensive menue

I had 1 bad experience there with what seemed to be a disgruntled employee at appx. 6am. A few weeks back. Other than than, great place, good fresh food, large selection. Rest of the staff amazing.
