Jet's Pizza

Nobody was wearing gloves!! The food quality was good. It was served hot. One of the cooks had long hair and he did not half it pulled back nor have a hair net on. However, the pizza was premade. I only saw one person wearing gloves. I watched one cook pick up pizza slices and put them in boxes with his bare hands .

Terrible customer service. Says open until 11:00pm. But if they do not feel like talking before then, they close sooner…..

Detroit style pizza at it's best. Very filling and taste great. Food prices were good too. Location is basically in a food court but food was still very good.

Im being honest and fair when I say the food is ok. Nothing wrong there, it's tasty. HOWEVER I deliver for GrubHub, and while picking up an order last time, I walked up to a counter CLEAR FULL OF FINISHED PIZZAS. PHONES RINGING WHILE THREE EMPLOYEES IGNORE IT! I'm the only customer standing there, and I'm a professional about my job, so I'm extremely respectful and patient. I respect the service industry. These guys made eye contact, acknowledged my presence, and ignored me all.ost 5 minutes while one made pizzas, the other was out of my line of sight, but the cou ter girl was on her phone. Texting someone. She even talked some crap at her phone while answering a text, clearly annoyed by whomever she was texting. After 5 minutes I said HI. UMM, I REALLY NEED TO GRAB THIS ORDER and the girl was like.... AND? I swear I thought I was being punked or like, on a hidden camera show. I said can I please have this order, I bet it's sitting here on the counter with all these other pizzas...she ignores me...that's it. I'm done being polite. I said, I EXPECT YOU TO DO YOUR JOB AT THE VERY LEAST....ANYONE WITH AN ATTITUDE SHOULDNT BE WORKING THE COUNTER...YAL AINT EVEN ANSWERING THE PHONE! the pizza maker in the back said GET THAT GUY OUTTA HERE...so the girl grabbed the ticket, found the order which was sitting there finished all along and said DONT COME BACK. Once i delivered the pizza, I called the store to complain to the mngr...the mngr or whomever claimed to be mngr kept hanging up on me, and pretending to not hear me talking...yeah. forreal. Worse service ever. I expected this location to be great considering the Hyatt and convention center in there. No. It was like the worst experience and I've never accepted another order from there since. Never talked to a mngr...never again!!!

We are 9 minutes away. I’m a little concerned because the pizza box was not sealed for delivery, which is usually the case with other pizza deliveries. The deep dish was a little extra burned which is not a problem but the pizza was cold like it had been sitting for a while. Not freshly cooked and then delivered Wish I would have read the reviews first

Everyone was on their phone or in a group chatting while our orders weren't finished. Ended up having to wait 20 minutes past pick-up time.

Love the pizza but the service at this location is terrible. Don’t order delivery from them unless you want to wait over an hour and half to reheat it.

The customer service is a joke at this restaurant. When you go to speak to someone regarding a delivery, they get hostile. I spent $50 to have my food delivered. I am unable to come into the establishment to pick up my food because it's not convenient. I ordered breadsticks and wings for lunch and I also ordered a Greek salad for dinner. I never received my salad & breadsticks were ice cold. I would not recommend the wings at Jet's pizza. They charged me $13 for six wings.

Great place for pizza the best flavors BBQ chicken
