Placed order said 10 min ready.. got there 15 minutes.. Order was never put in.. then Simone came in and put stuff on the counter so when finally our 2 subs were done they put the other guys order on mine…terrible confusion in there and it wasn’t even busy… good grinders, terrible service just for this one day.. wow

How are you a sandwich shop and run out of bread?!! Im sorry but thats just not acceptable. You can run put of a certain meat or produce but bread?

The food here is good never had an issue with the taste, my issues arise with the service here. They seem to always have new people and it’s not organized. Beyond that it’s a good place to have lunch.

It was okay nothing special. They were unable to make subs due to technical difficulties whatever that was. Not sure if the sub would have been better than the wrap.

Yeah was not impressed. First time here and probably won't go back. The subs are nothing different than other place. This place especially was having some building issues and some of the employees were to. Would rather go to firehouse subs.
