Jersey Mike's Subs

I was greeted by an employee who was sweeping the floor. He told me "I'll be right with you". This was very appropriate. However, it went downhill from there.... Once he was done sweeping, he took off his gloves and ,WITHOUT WASHING HIS HANDS, put another pair of gloves on. I ordered a sandwich on white bread. He pulled out a piece of bread that looked like someone sat on it. It was completely flat! I asked for a different loaf. He went to the back and came back saying all the bread back there looks like that. I told him that was not OK. He said " it is what it is... do you want rosemary bread? It's just like white with some stuff on it..." His coworker then went to the back of the store and brought out a normal looking loaf of white bread. Then the first guy proceeded to make my sandwich. I asked for light mayo, which translated into three blobs of mayo being squeezed out of the squeeze bottle. I had to ask for him to spread it on the bread. He reached out for a tool that was sitting inside of the hot pepper container. He only cleaned it after I asked him to clean it.... Very disappointing experience! Employees so obviously don't care. The store was not very well taken care of. Even though it was not busy, the napkin dispenser was empty and the area around the drink fountain was a mess. We eat at Jersey Mike's a lot, but at different locations. This location is by far the worst!

I am a regular here, but it has been extremely slow these days. I usually order 20-25 minutes in advance (during off-peak hours), but it is still not ready on time. Should I order 40 minutes ahead? They need to hire more staff. The staff used to be friendly, but not anymore.

The staff here is great! Jackson Robbie and Patrick are outstanding. They made my day. My wife had surgery and I have had some rough times and they brightened up my day with there abilities to make me smile. They were great. Thank you all. You are great young men.

Every single time we order. They mess up my wife’s chicken cheesesteak with a regular one. Every time. Hire people that know how to read.

Best Jersey Mike’s that I’ve ever been to and it’s led by their amazing team. Anissa is one of a kind and I don’t know if I’ve ever experienced better customer service. Demetrius made my sandwich and it was clear that the culture that they’ve built at this location comes from the top down. Amazing job!

The Philly cheesesteak is underrated here

Primadonna behind the counter needs to check himself when dealing with customers. We won’t be back with that entitled attitude. Management take note

Best location in town, Great Managment and staff, friendly service, clean store and they make your custom orders without scoffing and snark like other locations
