Vegetarian options: The veggie and Portobello mushroom and Swiss sandwiches are very easy to find because they say what they are and list off the ingredients if you read carefully Dietary restrictions: They have gluten free bread and always ask if it’s a allergy or a preference but also if you have a specific diet they will respect it and change gloves if need be and even recommend something if according to your diet Parking: Has lots of parking due to all the businesses but sometimes can be hard to find during lunch hours but over all it’s worth it Kid-friendliness: Everyone here are so friendly to children and always try to be interactive with everyone
The lady who made my sandwich last night was very sweet. I could tell she had a long day but she still made my experience nice. She even made sure to spread my mayo all over the bread (which should be common knowledge, but ya know). Anyways. I just wanted to give her a 5 star rating! :)
The food is always exceptional and the atmosphere is consistently welcoming. Overall a great service!
I’ve gone to this location twice since they opened and each time the sandwich was lacking in quality. The 1st time I was not impressed with the way the sandwiches are prepared on an open counter and only wiped down with a wet towel (which had been just sitting on the counter). I’ve seen this at other locations but it just bothers me. The 2nd, and last time, I ended up throwing the sandwich away because there was a LONG straight hair in it. Nobody in this place wears a hair net. They have visors, but their hair extends longer than the visor. Anyway, these two experiences were enough for me.
Friendly staff. conveniently in my neighborhood and whenever I order on DoorDash they get it right.
Jersey Mike’s is usually great. This particular location on South Cobb in Smyrna in terrible. They messed up an online order and the manger did nothing to fix the problem. Go see the Atlanta Road location. All the employees are amazing and their service is the best. Skip the S. Cobb location.
