Price on a half sandwich went up $3, no longer affordable. Slow service for 6 employees. What a shame. This store wont last
The service was sub par. One person handling both online orders and customers ordering in store. I overpaid for a sandwich that was made incorrectly. I was given half a serving for a giant turkey sandwich. I was asked if I would like it Mikes ways, and I said yes. I didn’t remember if the worker added the vinegar so I asked to confirm, he said yes. To my surprise, there was no vinegar OR oil. I will not be going back to this store ever again. And the music is so loud you can barely hear the workers when ordering.
No complaints. The location is clean and the staff is friendly.

If I could give 0 stars I would pathetic service waited 20 minutes for my sandwich I even asked if it was almost ready and they said yes come to find out they gave it to the wrong person at the end didn’t even get my sandwich or offer to remake they just stared at me like it was my fault ended up getting a refund and going to Jersey mikes on wilshire
Took forever, gave me the wrong sandwich, never ever tried to apologize. This is why you don’t tip first.
Friendly very helpful staff I remember walking in and seeing one employee using a knife to put tomatoes on somebody’s sandwich n it was so neat. The woman helped me get my t mobile tuesdays sandwich on the app. Compared to usc location this one is top notch
