Even though this place is exceedingly busy after 3:00 it's worth the wait though I wish they would have more employees

I am honestly an ex Subway gal and am addicted to the BLT sub here at Jersey Mike's! Not stingy with the bacon and made fresh!I have been here at this location three times in one week. Came in last night with a coworker and the two workers there were not only amazing, friendly, and made THE best BLT, but they worked well under pressure during the rush hour crowd. One guy was very rude, I observed, and was rushing them, and they handled this dirtbag in a professional manner. My best go to place from now on. You have a new fan Jersey Mike's!! My ONLY complaint is that I will get fat coming here haha! Keep up the great work and awesome sammies guys!

Don't bother with the online orders. My order was almost 40 minutes later than the scheduled pickup time. An entire line of 10+ in person guests all received their orders long before the 5 of us waiting on online orders. Might as well walk in- seems the service is fine that way despite the online option.

Absolutely Terrible service today. Sandwiches werent done u t 25 minutes after my moblie order pickup time.

Do NOT order online from here! Make the further drive to a different location! It’s my fault, I know these guys are slow, but it shouldn’t take 60 mins to make a sandwich when it isn’t even lunch time. I could have gotten in line 4 times and gotten my sandwich quicker than waiting for it for the online order. It’s 30 mins past my pick up time and an hour since I ordered it and I still don’t have my sandwhich…I’ll update.
