Thank You for opening a Jersey Mike’s in the neighborhood . You have to appreciate a place that their food they serve looks like their menu and commercials. I see other reviews and they complain about the wait time. Believe me it’s worth the wait. There’s a Subway down the street with nobody in line , lousy customer service and if you enjoy a flat sandwich that taste like cardboard You can get it quick. You know Charles Barkley and Patton aren’t eating it ,just cashing the checks. If they had to remake Happy Gilmore today , Adam Sandler would be holding a Jersey Mikes Sub. “This one’s for you Grandma”.
I’ve always loved Jersey Mike’s, and this store is no different. Friendly staff and great service. This place is what a sub shop should be…love the bread especially!!!
This location is routinely understaffed, and wait times can be 20+ minutes for a simple sandwich. Not recommended if you're short on time during the lunch/dinner hour.
Super amazing customer service They were busy but treated everyone well They need to clean off their counter more often I understand they’re busy But our sandwiches should not be contaminated by the next person’s sandwich … I would highly recommend this place They just need to clean the counter a little bit better even when they’re busy Thank you

I ordered on the app and just picked up my order. This review is for the owner of this location. Your staff is incredibly rude and unhelpful. I order and pick up for my coworkers so I always provide a name for each sandwich. They consistently do not mark the sandwiches with ANYTHING but when I ask for them to open sandwiches and mark them (since they are wearing gloves) they are usually nice about it. Today the girl at the counter when I asked her to do this rolled her eyes so hard I thought she was going to fall over, spoke zero words, ripped open the sandwich, marked it and then tossed it back on the counter to me. A tall man was behind her and ignored the exchange. I asked if he was the MOD, he said he was, I pointed out how rude she was and he gave me a blank stare and then said “I’m not going to berate my employee because they made a mistake”. I didn’t ask for that nor am I upset about mistakes but I am very bothered by being treated with open contempt which is especially egregious have just paid 15.00 or more for each sandwich and having already left a tip on the app!! So I will now drive the extra 5 minutes to another location where they don’t hate their customers.
