Horrible Customer service. I went in and I was nice they had a lot of orders. I understood. The guy was touching all over everything (The register, the counter, and his face). I asked him to change his gloves and he got so upset. Then I made a mistake and asked him for Olives (When I meant onions) and he was so rude and said WE DON'T HAVE OLIVES. Then asked him for extra lettuce and tomato and gave me the stuff that was old. I just walked out. And I bet you. He'll say it was me and I there was no need for that. This Jersey Mike's is bad. I understand that you guys were busy but I was nice and didn't do anything. Please train or at least acknowledge your customers about the issues. Because the reviews for the past couple of months are bad. They always have an attitude for no reason
The food is horrible, thought I would try a different mikes , MIKES ON 19th ave & Bethany is awesome. MIKES ON BELL YAW NEED TO SEASON YAW FOOD BURNT STEAK CHEESE CLUMPED TOGETHER JUST NASTY . IF I DIDNT LIVE FAR I WOULD HAVE BROUGHT THAT NESS BACK TO YOU.
Terrible experience. Service was far below average. Incompetent help. Unable to answer questions. Order was not made to our specifications. Wait was far too long for the amount of customers and the number of staff. Will not be dining here again or recommending.
Growing up in Philly, I'm qualified. Excellent "hoagies"! Ordering online sometimes is not faster than in person.

Unfortunately, this is not the first time I have encountered issues there, and I believe it's important to bring it to your attention. During my visit on 12.21.23 I observed a distressing situation where a team member, whom I assume is of Mexican origin, appeared to be overwhelmed and seeking assistance during the sandwich-making process. It was disheartening to witness her in distress without any support from her colleagues. Moreover, my sandwich, which was left unattended on the counter for approximately 15 minutes, raised concerns about food safety and hygiene practices at your establishment. This is not an isolated incident, as my past experiences at this location have consistently shown a decline in service quality. I believe that proper training is essential for your staff to ensure a positive customer experience. I value great customer service and cleanliness when spending my money, and unfortunately, I have not been receiving it at your Jersey Mikes. If these issues persist, I may have to reconsider choosing your establishment in the future.
