This location always has great customer service, even as busy as they are! The employees are always very apologetic for the wait times. Keep up the awesome work!!
This particular store ranks right up there with some of the worst of the jersey mikes franchise . . From the moment I walked in I should have left. The employee's were too busy talking instead of helping me..My sandwich was miserable the roast beef tasted old ..the bread fell apart ..So the whole sandwich went in the trash.. I Appreciate your “attention to detail “ this location is pathetic..
My family and I went in today, place was packed they where supper short staffed but still did there best to accommodate people I give the young lady with the black hair big props she was doing so much and still kept and good welcoming attitude the boy who took our Order was also very kind we will be back very soon!
One of the worst experiences I have ever had. Someone ordered after me and paid and walked out of the restaurant before mine was even started. While trying to leave, a customer chases me out of the store trying to get me to pay for my meal TWICE. I’m not sure if your staff is racist, or what the problem was, but I will not be back. (This is for the emo white girl making the sandwiches, pay attention to all your customers not just the regulars. Then maybe you’d know that I had already paid….)
Closed 40 mins early and when we walked in to order the girl rolled her eyes at us because we thought they closed at 9 like the door said.
Ordered a cheese steak bortabela sandwich but guess they didn't hear me or messed up. Ended up getting a bortabela sandwich without steak. Didn't realize it until after I got home and few bites in
The number 55 gets better and better everytime I eat here! The guys making the subs do an awesome job, especially the guy on the grill! Keep up the good work guys, you're my favorite Jersey Mike's in South Denver.
