Jersey Mike's Subs

I ordered online at 11:10. Estimated pick up 11:25. Arrived at 11:32. The woman said 5-10 more minutes. At 11:53 I asked again what the hold up was and they were "topping and wrapping" them. I finally left at 12:02pm. Absolutely disgraceful wait time and I'll be calling to request a refund. No apologies were offered.

Online order was super slow, with no hustle or customer service. Sub was ok but not for that wait time.

Literal worst jersey mikes ever. Got a sandwich and they just for whatever reason decided to not put anything on my Italian sandwich except the meat. Don’t go here, bunch of morons working here.

Both Restrooms not working, drink machine not working and no tea in the both dispensers and not very friendly but my sandwich was good

The three young men who were working Christmas Eve were friendly, welcoming, and professional. The store was spotless!

So, they fixed my soggy sandwich complaint with a fresh delicious new sandwich. Best one I've had! Went a second return trip, great again. Really appreciate the effort to fix mistakes, look forward to many more sandwiches to come
