This place is usually my favorite, but if the 2 ladies aren’t working the bread is stale. Tonight is the 4th time this has happened. Never again. Sandwiches were extremely thin, no oil and vinegar, and half of the bread was missing. Tonight was my last time at this location since the old man laughed saying they bake bread 2xs a day. I definitely did NOT get fresh bread.
Never been before...never will again. Customer service didn't add what I asked for but added enough lettuce & oil vinegar to make the whole sandwich a big oily mush...filed it under 'G' garbage & went to Jimmy Johns.
Like the dopest Philly I’ve had since the Philly connection. So good can’t wait to try them out again.
Staff are extremely rude. The lady who made my sandwhich rushed me and had an attitude as well as the cashier. Also, the sandwhich was drenched in oil and non edible. Called for a refund and was hung up on. Do not go to this location.
The only Jersey Mike’s I feel comfortable ordering at as a celiac. At other stores, I get eye rolls and annoyance for letting them know I have celiac and need a gluten free sandwich. Went here today and the gentlemen that helped us was so kind and safe even though the store was so busy. I recommend this location, not only to those with an allergy but everyone.
Customer service. Suggest you help customers look up their loyalty # before discounting that they don't have one. Try to run a gift card more than once before you tell them it doesn't work & try to take it for yourself...my card had $30 on it...I just got it! So I had to pay cash. You were not too busy to give good customer service, there were only 3 of us in the store.
Got their hair in my sandwich
