Delicious Philly cheesesteak sub, ingredients very fresh

I have been visiting this location for the last year and a half and have found this to be my go-to spot after long and difficult weeks at work. The staff are a joy to be around, and specifically I’m going to call attention to Gian Carlo. This man is the reason why I return. He remembers my name, and what I usually order, he makes suggestions that end up turning out well, and more importantly he cares. And for that, I keep returning to this store. I’ve sent people to this store specifically because hands down, this Jersey Mike’s makes the best subs. Give that man, and his people raises across the board!

I’m not sure of the reason behind the staff wearing gloves if they’re going to touch things like the cash register, fridge doors countertops to name a few, before they grab to make sandwiches for the . The bread rack has a cover on it, which is absolutely disgusting and filthy which they also have to touch to get your bread. I’m sure all the flies are in the place love the à la cart food such as the bacon and pre-cut toppings that are on display for all to enjoy. I assume freshness has a new term in this chain of restaurants. Needless to say, I will not be returning.

It was a take order and the food was ready. The cashier was nice and everything went well.

Sandwich had a good amount of meat... the veggies were fresh, the bread was too.

Love the atmosphere of store, and the general manager is so welcoming and I will definitely be going back for more subs :)

Hello People, I’m here to tell you this and need you guys to listen! I’ve been going to this jersey Mike’s for Years and I’ve seen so much improvement since the first time I’ve ever gone and there is one person that works his butt of every single time I enter the store… The GM Jose Castillo, he is so interactive with the customers, he makes my sub perfect every single time, when any of his employees needs a hand he’s right there to help! Trust me when I say this out of all Jersey Mike’s this one is my favorite and for anyone that wants some freshly sliced meat, fresh vegetables, and bread you better go to Jersey Mikes… they blow the rest of the sub shops out of the water!

Part 2 (I deleted the first part to try and put it past me) but once again my experience at jersey mikes cannot go unnoticed. Today 12/05/23 I enter the store on my lunch break either a valid coupon. I enter the store enter the line order the sub, wait in line they make the sandwich. And when I go to pay they refused to accept the coupon because I wrote a negative (but truthful) review on the actions of the General Manager. A jersey mikes coupon accepted at any location, and they refuse to accept it because it was me. So not only did they waste my time, but my lunch break, and gas. Dear Caesar Saucedo (The franchise owner) I wish I can give a zero star review, but one star will have to make do. I will make it very clear, the food at jersey mikes it's delicious, fresh, and well made. Everyone working at JM are attentive, friendly, and provide great customer service. HOWEVER the problem isn't with the workers. It's the General Manager, who constantly gives me attitude EVERY TIME I visit, talks to me in a rude manner, EVERYTIME | VISIT, so I said enough is enough and spoke to him, face to face on why does he have to give me attitude when all I do is smile but The general manager Named JOSE CASTILLO at Jersey mikes located at Miami Lakes decided to just stay silent and not speak. So I left the restaurant. I decided to just move on from it, but this is the LAST STRAW, on 11/27/23 I was eating a sub and guess who comes to my table and stacks Dorito chips on my sandwich, THE GM NAMED JOSE and then pours honey mustard all over my sub and forcing me to have to throw it away, and LET ME ADD HE DID NOT MAKE ME A NEW SUB. I love this restaurant, I love the workers here, I love the food, but I'm tired of getting treated with disrespect from the GM. I really hope some action comes out of this review. P.S if the owner of this restaurant would like to confirm what I said, PLEASE CHECK THE CAMERAS!
