Jersey Mike's Subs

Ordered my food through uber eats and 1. They gave me the wrong soda and 2. They packaged my hot sub on top of the cold soda so by the time they got to me with my order it wasn't a hot sub anymore. I called and spoke to a manager(female) and made a suggestion that they package the cold swperate from the hot and all she had to say was that's just how they do it there. Worst experience from a restaurant and from management when explaining why I find this unacceptable. Will never order from here again.

The staff is really really nice and the subs are really delicious!!!

A sub below subway. I had a club sub and it was ok but Subway's was better.
