Jersey Mike's Subs

I seriously have had it w Jersey Mike. I’m a long time loyal customer, I’m there twice a week every week. You can go in any location and wait 45min for a sandwich because they will do 5 online orders before they will even take your order. It’s unacceptable and horrible customer service. I understand a business to cater to online orders but all food chains that thrive in both have a separate food station and workers that just do online that way the people that come in don’t wait 45 min.

Spent $30 on two sandwiches. Service was terrible, made the wrong sandwich, owner acted smug and totally didn't care. Literally gave me one slice of meat on a $16 sandwich. Don't support this business.

I was excited when this location opened recently because it's a little closer and more convenient to my house, but that excitement has quickly gone. The people working here don't seem to care about being there. Compared to the Shallowford Rd. location the service is terrible. On top of that they are poorly stocked. Today, on a Thursday at 1pm, they were out of pickles, onions, jalapeno chips, and the fountain drink machine was broken. Just go to Publix next door.

Food was great and always prepared fast and with. a smile!

I was so excited to receive the information of this location. However after 20 minutes of downloading the app and looking at pictures of crosswalks and bicycles just to place an order because I am not a robot I uninstalled the app not be visiting Jersey Mike's anymore.

I like JMs a fair amount. This is the worst run JM I've ever been to. Numerous times their were 20-30 minutes behind with orders, and appeared to be not busy at all. As I type this, I am waiting for a mobile order that is 35 minutes past pickup time.

Just came in to get 2 mini subs and I was immediately met with attitude from the guy with the locs and glasses. I spoke clearly to him on what I wanted which was an “Original Italian” and the other sub a turkey with provolone and spicy ham. He told me I couldn’t add the spicy ham and I simply said “ok”. I noticed he was adding turkey to both sandwiches and reminded him I wanted the Italian for the other sub and he immediately got upset. Started slamming meats on the slicer and was really pouting and huffing like a toddler. I’m a Chef so I know working in the industry can be a lot but if you can’t talk to your customers with respect then you need another career. Took everything in me not to curse him out and just walk out. Needless to say I won’t be back. Was coming here twice a week since the opened a few months ago. Smh

Great subs. Slow service. Decided to try a different location. Next time I go to the Powers Ferry location where they are better organized.
