Jersey Mike's Subs

Good sandwich shop that's fresh with standard subs but much better quality than subway. They have high turnover rate and have messed up details several times because they cannot train staff fast enough.

I ordered online order 11:35am for my lunch and I have waited 1200 to 1234 and still didn't got my order. The people who arrived after 12pm got their food and left the store. So basically the staff were neglecting the mobile order and there were bunch of mobile order customers left behind. For me, I wasted my lunch time. Ten out of ten for worst customer service and speed for fast food franchise store

Best and only Jersey mikes location I will go to. Everytime Byron is there my sandwiches come out fantastic and I will keep coming back here!

Patrick has the Best service ever compared to other locations they’re always welcoming making conversation my sub was great as well the bacon was perfect, these guys are well trained and need a raise!!! I’ll be making the extra drive from miracle mile just to this location

Byron is the man! He has great service and attitude whenever I come in. All of the workers there do and they do a great job. Give em a raise!

Great sandwhiches but everytime I come in there is drama. It's just a sandwhich people. A customer was throwing a fit so the guy helping me ignored me when I asked for some mayo as their sandwiches are dry wo it. He thew my sandwhich in a bag and glared at me like what mf? Rudest spot in town. This one guy always cowls at me too I've noticed. Sorry I'm hust hungry after work. So sorry to bother you guys. Manager is professional. That's about it.
