Despite being short-handed with employees. The manager, Stacy, was very calm and professional. I could ask for more when it comes to service. This was also my second time ever eating at Jersey Mike's. My first time was at the Sunrise location inside the Welleby plaza on Oakland & Nob Hill. I will definitely return. My sub was delish.

Walked in to order food at 5:30pm and staff was upset that i walked in and sucked their teeth when i told them i wanted a hot sandwhich. I decided to not order anymore and left.
