Update: decided to visit again. After i placed my order, i noticed that the meat slicer and counter around the whole area was a complete mess. Crumbs everywhere! The place was dead. I canceled my order and went to noodles and co instead Good food. Minor cross-contamination for my Gluten Free order. I noted celiac and to please use clean utensils, cookware, and gloves....yet, i got a reaction. Please be more careful of orders that alert to an allergy. JJ is probably your biggest local competitor, and they have you beat in the cross contamination field.
Don't bother ordering for pickup it's never done. They don't even start your order until you already arrive To bad the employees suck because the food is good.
Went before closing. Employees acted like we had covid or something and had attitude. Also didn't put cheese on a cheesteak and forgot sauce. Kind of felt retaliatory
There's Jersey Mike's. And then there's everyone else. Ask for the Cherry Pepper Relish. Best thing ever.
We don't normally go to Jersey Mike's. But we got a coupon from T-MOBILE for a sub. Thought we'd give it a try. I really liked my sandwich. We plan to come back again.
Customer service is not how it used to be! I would not recommend going to this Jersey Mike's!! My friend and I walked in and there were 3 employees behind the counter, none of which greeted us or even acknowledged that we were there. No one else was in the building. I walked up to where the cashier was and started to place my order when the second employee who was next to her looked at me and pointed and said "You need to order over there" as they pointed to the third employee. I responded with "well no one said anything". The second employee never said a word, no one else said anything. You could literally cut the tension with a knife when we walked in. As for the sandwiches themselves, the Turkey tasted like it had tuna on it. My friend's sandwich had way too much lettuce even though he said just a little bit. He said the meat tasted kind of weird.
Wouldn’t order delivery, got delivered the wrong sandwich, and was told to come in and pick up the right one after I paid for delivery. Their excuse with delivery is that’s it’s a third party, and they have nothing to do with it right know. When I called the store to let them know, I was hung up on for complaining about it being wrong. The district manager gave the same excuses. Maybe make sure your stores do better quality check before sending out deliveries if you guys aren’t able to fix it if you send it out wrong.
Great environment and staff! Great sandwiches as always!
