Jersey Mike's Subs

Placed a mobile order that stated it would be ready for pickup at 6:16 pm. We arrived right on time. Order was finally ready at 6:26 pm. No apology, no communication as to why they were running behind. Don’t offer the mobile option, if you can’t handle it because you’re wasting other people’s time waiting.

Closed at 7:20? No sign. Just dark and closed. I go out of my way for Jersey Mike's because it's my husband's favorite sandwich. It really disappointed him.

These guys know how to make a great tasting sub. They're always friendly, and I like how clean the place is, no matter when we go in.

Good subs

Subs are really Superior than most places however you have to make sure that if you ask for everything on the toppings that you watch them make it because lately when I've asked for everything they haven't put the bacon mayonnaise or anything else on there so I feel like I've been cheated so just watch your server and think I'm after they finish if they do it correctly

Earlier today I ordered the #11, which is ham, salami and provolone cheese. The amount of meat on the sandwich looked paltry, so I asked how much meat is allotted for this sandwich. This is what I was told: Ham - 1.75 oz. Salami - .75 oz. In other words, they are charging over eight dollars for a sandwich that contains less than three ounces of meat. That is not even 1/5 of a pound. Of course, when you then load it with lettuce, tomato and onion, it looks more substantial. I will be writing a letter to the company telling them why I will NEVER patronize Jersey Mike's again (which is probably a waste of time), since the meat amounts are issued by the corporate office.

Chipotle Philly Cheesesteak is awesome. My favorite is the original Italian Mike's Way with some red sauce and bacon added. Now that's a deli sandwich.

Still my number one go to for subs. The food is great and the service is fast
