Good Subs consistency every time appreciate it
Terrible attitude. Parks barks at customers throws his gloves on the floor. I have never had to wait to be served however I have had to wait 15 min twice now :( Will not be back
Joy is an amazing person and a great manager. I had a situation from a JM I have never been to. I traveled 6 miles out of my way to my usual JM to get it done right.without hesitation she saw the food I received, shook her head and made it right. Thank you Joy!! This location is the best. I am a regular and they treat me as such. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Literally waited for 40 minutes for 3 subs, meanwhile the employees are in the back literally within plane sight in their phones.
I never seen such an amateur staff at any sandwich shop. The three ladies working behind the register need to learn courtesy when speaking to customers. The franchise at the Hiram, GA location need to reevaluate who and how they're hiring because this is a turn-off to go there again. JMs make good subs, but I can get better customer service at Firehouse further down the road, as well as a good sub. I believe some others were bothered by the arrogance of the staff as well since they shook their head when the sub preparer was masking what they wanted.
