The manager (dark skin male individual )I believe he was deaf when I ask for oil, vinegar, and so forth. He was rushing which there was no customer behind me. Bad customer service and seem like he care what is inside my sandwich then me. I even repeat again and kept telling me what else I want. This manage needs to re-train from the corporate. To the manager, next time, listen to the customer and stop rushing customer out the door when no one is behind me. Parking: It’s not the issue.
I ordered through Uber Eats and the store messed up the order. Their resolution was for me to come pick up the correct order. No offer to refund what I paid. This franchise sucks!
My daughter and I ordered a sandwich, I told the gut who was making it not sure what his name was bc they don't wear name tags, that I didn't want veggies on it, he did and when I asked them to remake it, he lost it and threw the sandwich in the garbage so upset and stated he was upset bc I didn't want the sandwich, I ask for a manager, there was a woman there, she stated she was the manager and will handle it, but of course she didn't do anything, the guy was back making sandwiches like nothing had happened, no apology whatsoever.
Your website was not working ! Was not able to pre order before arriving. The sandwiches were ordered onsite and ready within 5 min. Excellent customer service- great sandwiches! Way to go guys!

Great high quality sandwiches that don't skimp on ingredients, quick friendly service, and awesome staff. They even thanked me for giving a tip at the register, how often does that happen?!?
