Jersey Mike's Subs

Clean restaurant. Very friendly staff. I wanted a sub I saw on their online menu but they did not have it listed on their menu in store. But they were happy to make it for me, the lady knew exactly what sub I was talking about. Tables inside for eating available. Parking can be an issue as it’s small parking lot that is shared with several other businesses.

Jersey Mike’s is normally my favorite sandwich place, but this location ruined it. We walked in an hour and a half before closing, and all three employees working rolled their eyes and looked at us like we did something wrong. We weren’t acknowledged until about 15 minutes after we walked in. There was 1 customer in front of me, and it took an act of God to place my order. A few people walked in after us, and one of the employees huffed and walked away. And to top it all off, after that employee wrapped my sandwich and went to put it in the bag, she dropped my sandwich on the floor then proceeded to hand it to me. Doubt I’ll be back honestly.

Plenty of meat on the subs friendly staff

First time ever going to one and it was truly amazing! The staff made sure that I knew what everything was to make a good decision and it was definitely a good decision. I recommend the ‘Italian’ with savory meats and cheese. Definitely get it “Mike’s Way”! I fully recommend. Vegetarian options: They have a sandwich special for all vegetarians.

Had a funeral today placed an order for pick up. Well tried calling the store over 20 times no answer. We were traveling back from funeral and wanted to make sandwiches were correct as they have made plenty of mistakes before. Well sandwiches wrong and the lady at the store said they do not have a phone. She was very very rude. I will definitely not be eating at Jersey Mikes ever again and no one else should either

My daughter and I went to have lunch. I am allergic to chicken, so I wanted my Philly cheese steak cooked after my daughter's order, which was chicken Philly. The associate said to me, "You should get a cold sub because we cook chicken on the grill all day. So I took that as Jersey Mike's does not care if a person has allergies. I'm done with it and never to return.

In December, we had an issue with the dasher who was to deliver our food, receiving a message that the order had been canceled. I got very frustrated as this was my family's dinner for the evening, but also was unable to contact the store to find out why it was canceled, due to the phone not working. A couple weeks later, I received a phone call from a corporate person who insisted that our next meal be on them and she would contact the store who writes this is a book. Tonight, my husband went in to use this, only to be told that no record could be found in their "book" and that the meal could not be redeemed. Apparently an email or some such should have been sent despite us being told otherwise. Maybe at another time we will order from Jersey Mike's, but won't be going back to this location.

This place was absolutely delicious! I usually live more in the countryside but when I go to bigger cities I always look for a Jersey Mike’s
