The order was filled quickly and accurately.
I placed a to go order on Saturday February 24,2024. My order was 2 tuna regular subs. The overall appearance of the sub seemed fine. Once I returned to my workplace to have lunch with a coworker we ate the entire sub. After we finished our lunch we returned to work, after about an hour and a half we started to get sick almost at the same time. I’m 100 percent sure it was the sub. I contacted the manager and told her what happened and her response was I don’t know how the sub made you all sick because we make the tuna fresh every morning and that was the end of the conversation. I’m sure they understand that a couple of things could’ve happened to cause two people to get sick from different households. Food not stored properly, employees not washing their hands I could go on. I also sent a message to corporate through the app no response from them at all. This store is barley a year old.

This location needs to work on its cleanliness. Employee attempted to make my sandwich with mustard and relish covered gloves. I became concerned after watching her use the knife that is reserved for the pepper relish to spread 2 different types of mustard on another customer's bread. The mustard covered knife was returned into the relish without cleaning. The employees gloves were covered with the relish-mustard mixture as she then grabbed my sandwich to prepare it. Guess who doesn't like mustard or relish...? It's sad because I work in the area and I really enjoy Jersey Mike's but now I am relegated to using the Publix next door for my sandwich cravings and their bread is tougher than a 2 dollar steak.

The sandwiches are great, but it's very depressing every time I go in. The employees have the most saddest, non-inviting demeanor I've experienced in the food industry.
