Jersey Mike's Subs

Ordered online and got delivered, food arrived with zero toppings on the subs.. I called and they told me oh well the order said plain which was not true! Only solution they offered was for me to order again and pay again. Horrible customer service!!

Wish they had read order before making me my sandwich. Ordered a large/giant I ended up with 2 small sandwich and told the equal the same as the large sandwich. If I want 2 small I would have ordered it that way. I even told them do not cut sandwich. So why would you even think I would want 2 smaller instead of the giant I ordered. When I questioned why they did it I was told they always do it that way. That I needed to just get over it. Really!!! I want what I ordered and how I ordered it, not the way they wanted to do it. So mad and disappointed

I came in probably just before lunch rush and got a hot sub with chicken. The texture of the chicken was really weird, but probably standard for this type of sub shop. It was fresh, hot, and overall tasted really good. Also, the staff was so kind, welcoming, and did a great job. They absolutely get 5 stars! Thank you!
